1.1 Who we are

1.2 Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.3 Eligibility
The Site is intended for individuals aged 18 years and over. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter a binding agreement.
1.4 Nature of our Service
The Site provides editorial content, reviews, comparisons, guides and educational information about trading platforms, brokers, software and related products and services (collectively, “Content”). We may monitor usage to maintain Site security and performance.

Unless otherwise stated, we and/or our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Site and its Content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, design, and compilation. You may view and print pages for personal, non‑commercial use. Any other use (including reproduction, distribution, modification, republication) requires our prior written consent. Third‑party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

If you submit comments, reviews, images, or other material (“User Content”) you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable, sub‑licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute and display such content in connection with the Site and our business, in any media now known or later developed. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content and that it does not infringe any rights, contain unlawful material, or violate these Terms. We may remove User Content at our discretion.

The Site contains links to third‑party websites, apps and services. We do not control or endorse, and are not responsible for, their content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the relevant third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia in respect of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.
