1. Overview
1.1 Our courses include instant access to digital content and may include 1-to-1 training sessions. Because digital materials can be viewed and retained immediately and live time cannot be returned, all refunds are subject to review.
1.2 Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. How to request a review
2.1 Email jonathan.flourentzou@tradingreview.com.au
with your order number, course name, and a brief explanation.
2.2 Attach any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots of issues, proof of attempted exercises, dates of live sessions).
2.3 We’ll acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to complete our review within 5 business days.
3. Review window
3.1 Self-paced courses: submit your request within 14 days of purchase.
3.2 Cohorts / live programmes: before the start date for a full consideration; after the start date, see Section 6.
3.3 Subscriptions/memberships: cancel any time; see Section 7 for refunds.
4. What we consider (fair-use factors)
When deciding on a refund, partial refund, credit, or decline, we consider:
4.1 Digital access/usage: course progress %, number/type of downloads or modules accessed.
4.2 1-to-1 sessions: number of sessions attended, booked, rescheduled, or missed (see Section 6).
4.3 Good-faith effort: whether you attempted the course (e.g., completed worksheets or intro modules).
4.4 Issues on our side: availability, misdescription, or technical faults we control.
4.5 Technical issues on your side: we’ll try to help; if unresolved and not due to your setup, we may offer a remedy.
4.6 Misuse: bulk downloading, account sharing, or other policy breaches may result in no refund.
5. Possible outcomes
5.1 Full refund – typically where there’s a major failure under the ACL, or very low usage with a clear, promptly-reported issue.
5.2 Partial refund – proportionate to usage and/or the value of any live time already delivered.
5.3 Store credit – credit towards another course of your choice.
5.4 Decline – where substantial value has already been consumed or terms were breached.
Example (illustrative only): if 30% of a self-paced course is completed and one 60-minute 1-to-1 session (of two included) has been used, we may deduct the pro-rata value of (a) the consumed content and (b) the delivered session, plus any non-recoverable processing fees.
6. 1-to-1 training sessions (cancellation & no-show)
6.1 Rescheduling: at least 24 hours’ notice. Short-notice changes may be forfeited or charged.
6.2 No-show/late arrival: sessions missed without notice are deemed delivered.
6.3 Provider cancellation: if we must cancel, we’ll reschedule promptly or refund the pro-rata session value.
6.4 After programme start: refunds are generally partial or credit-only, reflecting time delivered and resources accessed.
7. Subscriptions/memberships
7.1 You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7.2 No refunds for partial periods once access is granted (subject to the ACL).
8. Access & intellectual property on refund
8.1 If a refund or credit is approved, your course access will be revoked.
8.2 You agree to delete any downloaded materials and not retain, copy, or distribute our content.
9. Chargebacks
9.1 Please contact us first. If a chargeback is raised, we may provide access and download logs to the payment provider as evidence of consumption.
10. Your rights under the ACL
10.1 If there is a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or other remedy. For non-major issues, we will fix the problem within a reasonable time. These rights cannot be excluded.
